Getting Started with Program Settings
Program Settings are global configuration options within the Loyalty platform used to control many different aspects of your loyalty program, such as enabling features, customizing screens, and configuring platform behaviors.
Note: Modifying your Program Settings can have a critical impact on the operations of your Loyalty account. If you have any questions about any of the Program Settings, please speak to your Zeta team for assistance.
Auditing Program Setting Changes
The platform provides two methods of auditing changes to Program Settings.
The first method is to view the Recent Activity pane along the right-hand side of the Program Settings screen. When expanded, this pane displays a summary of all Program Setting recent activity, including the date the Program Setting was modified, and the user who made the modification. However, this method does not display what Program Setting parameter(s) changed. For more information, see View Program Setting Recent Activity.
The second method is to view the Program Setting History screen. This screen is intended to provide visibility into the changes made to tracked Program Settings, by displaying what changed, when, and by whom. Note that this screen logs only the specific Program Settings that have been allowlisted within your Loyalty account. For more information, see View Program Setting History.
Categories
Program Settings are organized into different Categories. See below for details on the Program Settings in a specific Category.
